Original shed roof was failing due to improper installation with staples coming through the shingles. Lord's Roofing Company solution was to tear off shingles and go back with Owens Corning long lasting Duration Shingles.

Commercial TPO & Freezer Roof Restoration
We removed existing TPO membrane on the main and freezer roof and installed RUS strip on perimeter roof/wall junction to secure membrane to roof. We mechanically attached new .060 membrane to roof and glued new membrane to walls. Installed all new vent pipe boots and re-flashed units and curbs along with box vents and parapet walls.
Green to Onyx Black Roof Upgrade
Homeowners purchased the house with a green roof. Owens Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black with code-compliant upgrades were installed.
Dormer Siding & J-Channel Repair
We repaired the front dormer siding and J channel and installed new Double 4” .044 vinyl lap siding with J channel. Two coats of customer provided brown paint were also applied.
Gable End & Trim Custom Upgrade
