Commercial TPO & Freezer Roof Restoration
We removed existing TPO membrane on the main and freezer roof and installed RUS strip on perimeter roof/wall junction to secure membrane to roof. We mechanically attached new .060 membrane to roof and glued new membrane to walls. Installed all new vent pipe boots and re-flashed units and curbs along with box vents and parapet walls.
Materials & Installation Specs
- Membrane: High-Performance .060 TPO Single-Ply Membrane
- Attachment: Mechanically attached to field deck, fully adhered to vertical walls
- Perimeter: Installed reinforced universal securement (RUS) strips at wall junctions
- Penetrations: Hand-welded vent pipe boots, curbs, unit flashings, and box vents
