Landmark Weatherwood Roof Upgrade
CertainTeed Landmark Weatherwood. Tore off the original 20-year roof. Installed code-compliant gutter apron, ice and water shield on gutter edges and valleys. Installed counter flashing on all bird box returns which weren't installed when the house was built.

- Material: CertainTeed Landmark shingles (Weatherwood color style)
- Before: Weathered 20-year original asphalt shingles
- Scope: Complete tear-off, decking inspection, and installation
- Flashing Upgrades: Added counter flashing to all bird box returns, code-compliant gutter apron, and high-performance ice & water shield in valleys
